Yuying Huang is a first-year Master’s student in the Transportation track at UCLA’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her research interests include AI-driven urban mobility, resilient infrastructure, and data systems for automated vehicle integration. She has also work with tools such as Caltrans Transportation Equity Index (EQI) and Caltrans CAL-B/C tool to advance sustainable transportation systems.

Karthik is a Graduate Student in Materials Science & Engineering who completed his undergraduate education in Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. His research involves finding failure models for predicting the reliability of Composite Materials under the guidance of Professor Mosleh. His previous work includes Modelling and Simulation of Hydrogel Networks (Monash University, Melbourne), DFTB simulation of cement components (B.A.R.C., Mumbai), and Mechanical Testing of Farming Equipment to improve quality of materials in use (IIT Bombay).
