Yuying Huang Joins the Risk Institute

Yuying— welcome to the Garrick Institute for the Risk Sciences at UCLA.

Yuying Huang is a first-year Master’s student in the Transportation track at UCLA’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her research interests include AI-driven urban mobility, resilient infrastructure, and data systems for automated vehicle integration. She has also work with tools such as Caltrans Transportation Equity Index (EQI) and Caltrans CAL-B/C tool to advance sustainable transportation systems. At the Risk Institute, she is a Graduate Student Researcher under the advisement of Prof. Jiaqi Ma.
